No, the litter box works very quietly and is virtually noiseless, so it does not cause any nuisance.

What kind of cat litter should I use?

Always use clumping litter. Without this litter the automatic cleaning of the litter box cannot function properly.

Does the litter box stay fresh?

Yes, the litter box has an airtight waste container that effectively traps odors. However, we recommend occasionally cleaning the edges of the litter box with a cloth for optimum hygiene.

Can small or light cats also use the automatic litter box?

Yes, the sensors of the automatic litter box can detect even kittens. The opening is low enough so that even small cats and kittens can easily get in.

Can large cats also use the automatic litter box?

Yes, the litter box has a capacity of 80 litres, which makes it easy for large cats to fit in. If this is still a problem, you can return the product free of charge.

What if my cat doesn't like the litter box?

Don't worry! Here are some tips to help your cat get used to it:

  1. Place the automatic litter box in the same place as the old one.
  2. Use the same type of litter that your cat is already used to.
  3. Place your cat in the new litter box a few times, especially after eating or when relieving himself.

Yes, you can pair multiple phones with the litter box, so everyone in your household can access the features and control the litter box.

I have multiple cats, can I also use this litter box?

Yes! The automatic litter box can detect multiple cats. In the app you can create different profiles, so you can see exactly which cat shows which behavior.

Does the app work on Android and iPhone?

Yes, the app is available for both Android and iPhone devices and is easy to download.

Do I have to be at home to use the app and control the litter box?

No, once you connect your litter box to the app at home, you can view the data and manage the litter box functions from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection.

Garbage bags

Below you will find some frequently asked questions about the waste bags.

How much time does it take to maintain the litter box?

Almost no time! Only change the waste bag and fill the litter weekly. However, we recommend cleaning the edges of the litter box with a cloth every now and then for optimum hygiene.

How many bags are in 1 roll of garbage bags?

1 roll of waste bags contains 20 waste bags.

Orders

Below you will find some frequently asked questions about orders.

Are there shipping costs charged for my order?

Orders over €25 are shipped for free; for orders under this amount we charge shipping costs. For the Netherlands this is €4.95 and for other countries in the EU €9.95

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

Yes, the delivery address can still be changed as long as the order has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation once the order is on its way.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your order in real time.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

Changing or cancelling an order is possible within a limited time after placing it. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to see if adjustment is still possible.
